About The Role
As a Service Technical Manager, you will play a vital role in our Servicing division. Leading a team of engineers, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and managing all aspects of the Servicing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers and provide technical support
- Oversee reactive maintenance work and planned preventative maintenance contracts
- Maintain effective client relationships and handle client liaison
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
